Meet Jenna & Kivanc, your new Managers
Jenna grew up in Waynesville, North Carolina, just around the corner from Maggie Valley and Four Seasons Inn. She graduated from Tuscola High School in 2001 and received her Bachelors degree from Western Carolina University. Just prior to graduation, she accepted an internship in Washington, DC and so moved away to begin a career in the Nations Capitol. She pursued a Masters of Tourism Administration from George Washington University and managed a career as a professional Event & Meeting Planner before opening her own small bed & breakfast just outside Annapolis, Maryland.
Kivanc grew up in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, and studied Architecture as an undergraduate. As a graduate student, he took an opportunity to live and study at the University of Florida in Gainesville where he received his Masters degree in Architecture. After working for several years in the central Florida area, Kivanc moved to Washington, DC and took a position with Perkins Eastman, a large architecture firm, and began working on projects including senior living facilities, public schools and colleges, and large multi-use urban developments.
In early 2013, Jenna & Kivanc moved forward on a dream they had long shared, making their home into a small bed & breakfast and getting a taste at life as innkeepers and small business owners. While they loved their little Chesapeake Bay B&B and the opportunity to meet and provide hospitality to so many guests, they knew they didn't have the necessary space to grow. They began planning and looking for new opportunities when they heard about the management position becoming available at Four Seasons Inn, and immediately knew it was the break they had been looking for! Their goal at Four Seasons Inn is to provide all guests with the highest level of customer service possible, to get to know the loyal "regulars" who have visited since the very beginning, and to introduce Four Seasons Inn to new and future guests.
About the Four Seasons Inn
The Four Seasons Inn was built in 1994 by Mr. Charles Smith and had a loyal following of guests from the day it opened! The motel was purchased in 2004 by the Dubose family and had been managed by Beverly & Dillard Robinson for the past 10 years. In April 2014, Beverly & Dillard decided to take a well-deserved break from life "behind the desk" and retired as managers at Four Seasons Inn. In late April, Jenna & Kivanc Senocak took on the role of Resident Managers and have been busy trying to fill the big shoes left behind!
Meet Huckleberry, The Boss
Huckleberry is an 8 year old Bagle Hound (half Beagle, half Basset Hound) and the 3rd member of the Senocak family. While he spends most of his time lazing about in the manager's apartment, he occasionally hangs out in the front office where he can greet guests with a happily wagging tail. He loves all people, especially children, and will graciously accept any amount of petting you choose to offer him!
Meet Zoey, Director of Pet Relations
Zoey is a 9 year old Beagle and the 4th member of the Senocak family. While she is the socialite of the group and prefers welcoming guest, you will often find her relaxing with her best bud Huckleberry. She is eager to greet you with a wagging tail, an invitation for all the petting you're willing to bestow!
