To guarantee a reservation at Four Seasons Inn, a valid credit/debit card is required at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. Cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the total amount due will be charged. If a credit/debit card is not available, we will also accept a $200 refundable cash deposit upon check-in.
Advance Purchase Guarantee (For reservations made at the Advance Purchase rate)
This rate requires full prepayment, including taxes and fees for other booking options. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount within 48 hours of booking.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room.
All rates are based upon an occupancy of 2 adults. An extra person charge of $10 per night will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room. Children 17 & under stay free, as long as no additional bedding is required. Rollaway beds are available for $10 per night. Please note: For fire safety, there is a max occupancy for each room and we must know the total number of people in the room in case of an emergency.
Lost and Found Policy
Four Seasons Inn is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. A safety deposit box is available in the office for guests that wish to keep valuables safe. If an item is left in the hotel's guest room after the guest has checked-out, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest, and the item will be placed in our Lost & Found. At the owner’s direction, we will ship items back at the owner's expense. Any items in the Lost & Found which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Disorderly Conduct, Damage & Theft Policy
Four Seasons Inn has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit, refuse service or accommodation, or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the motel acts in an obviously intoxicated, disorderly or inappropriate manner; destroys or threatens to destroy motel property; causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; disregards motel policies; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. Four Seasons Inn may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the motel and may restrict the use of its facilities to only allow registered guests. A guest who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the motel or any furniture or furnishings within the motel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the motel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired. In addition, guests are held responsible for the behavior of their visitors, and will be held liable for any damage caused by their visitors. Guests will also be liable for replacement charges of any items damaged, stolen or permanently removed from the property, including but not limited to bedding, linens, towels, kitchenware, appliances, electronics, decor or furniture.
Four Seasons Inn is proud to be an independent, American-owned & operated small business. However, we do not discriminate towards any guests or employees based on race or ethnicity, religion, family status, age, national origin, disability, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, or veteran's status. While staying with us, we also ask that our guests respect the differences of other guests and employees and help us to maintain our peaceful, supportive atmosphere.
We have 2 designated smoking rooms, and all other guest rooms are non-smoking. Guests who choose to smoke in a non-smoking room will incur a $200 deep cleaning fee to return the room to a smoke-free condition. In addition, they will also be liable for the motel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent rooms while the room is being deep cleaned.
In consideration of our guests’ health and comfort, smoking is no longer permitted on the balconies, in front of guest rooms, or around the office and Hospitality Room. We have two designated outdoor smoking areas. One is located at the last creekside picnic area near the end of the building, closest to the road. The second area is located under the tree in the front of the building off the parking lot.
We understand that your pet is a cherished part of your family, and so we happily welcome well-behaved pets as guests at Four Seasons Inn! We have 2 designated “pet-friendly” rooms which are thoroughly cleaned after each stay so even guests without pets will find them clean and comfortable. In order to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we have developed the following policies for pets and pet owners:
Registration & Check-In
Guests must register their pets, provide a cell phone number, and sign the Pet Policy Agreement upon check-in.
We accept a maximum of two pets per room, under 75 lbs each.
Guests with pets will be required to provide a credit or debit card upon check-in. If a guest does not have a valid credit or debit card or is paying by cash, a refundable $200 cash deposit will be required which will be returned upon inspection of the room at check-out.
The fee to accommodate a pet is $10 per night per pet.
Pets are allowed in only specially designated pet-friendly rooms. Pets found in other rooms will incur a $200 fee.
Pets are not allowed in motel indoor common areas including the Lounge and pool area.
If left unattended in a guest room, pets MUST be crated (or placed in a carrier) and not left for periods longer than 4 hours. If pets must be left for periods longer than this or cannot be crated in the room, please take your pet with you or talk to us about our private in-room pet sitting & walking services.
Pets must NEVER be left unattended in vehicles.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a cage/carrier when in public areas.
When walking pets, please be considerate of other guests and the environment and clean up after your pet.
For the safety of our staff and your pets, Housekeeping cannot service rooms with an unattended pet. Pets must be either crated or removed from the room during cleaning. Please notify the Front Desk of a timeframe each day when it’s best for Housekeeping to service your room.
If your pet has an accident in the room, do not worry- it happens! However, please notify us immediately so it can be cleaned properly. While Housekeeping does NOT clean up pet excrement, we do have special enzymatic cleansers that can help prevent additional damage and associated costs if the stain is allowed to set.
Health, Safety & Behavior
It is the owner’s responsibility to control excessive noise and behavior that may disrupt other guests. Animals that pose a safety or health risk, cause damage to ours or other guest’s property, are too disruptive, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression cannot remain onsite.
Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) for personal injury or property damage caused by their pet and agree to make reimbursement for such damages on demand. Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Four Seasons Inn, it’s owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet.
