Since we are open all year, our rates vary by season, offering you with affordable rates year round.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

 Reservations are held until 4:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival unless guaranteed on a credit card or with a prepaid deposit.

Late Arrivals: If you know you will be a late arrival, notify us and we will make arrangements for you to obtain your key after hours. A guaranteed room will be held for late arrivals.

To cancel, call us by 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival (or as soon as you know). We will bill you for one night's stay if you do not call to cancel by 4:00 PM or do not show up for a guaranteed reservation.

All reservations are subject to the rates in effect at that time unless otherwise specified.
